I architected a cohesive and scalable brand system that streamlined production workflows and drove measurable growth in conversion, brand recognition, and user trust across all touchpoints.

OVERVIEW

Logixboard required a unified brand identity that offered cross-platform flexibility while harmonizing legacy visual elements into a single, cohesive system. The primary challenge lay in modernizing the brand’s aesthetic without compromising the established familiarity and trust of its existing customer base.

SUMMARY

Collaboration
As the lead graphic designer, I owned the end-to-end execution of the project while driving a collaborative review process with the broader design team. I leveraged the expertise of our design leadership, product designers, and researchers to pressure-test the work, ensuring the final assets were both visually premium and strategically sound.

Constraints
The primary hurdle was securing executive buy-in for a significant brand shift. I took full responsibility for proving the viability of the new direction by building a comprehensive proof-of-concept. I led a series of high-level presentations that demonstrated how the identity scaled across every touchpoint, successfully de-risking the move for leadership and gaining the green light to launch.

Results
The new designs improved brand credibility, increased user trust, reduced internal production time, and created a recognizable, cohesive presence across every platform.
