The project required a modern, high-performance interface to replace a legacy system that suffered from drop-off rates during the workflow. As the sole designer, I partnered with two Product Managers to lead the end-to-end evolution of the app. I functioned as the bridge between user-centric product requirements and the executive vision, ensuring the redesign remained functional while pushing into new territory.

Constraints
The primary challenge was balancing customer-driven research with a highly involved executive vision. I navigated this by managing competing priorities between new user feedback and the owner’s specific direction. While the fluid roadmap and shifting requirements impacted our initial timeline, I focused on securing the necessary buy-in to build a foundation of trust. I advocated for a research-backed approach to ensure that every new feature served the user, even as we moved through periods of rapid iteration.
